All Ways Towing & Transport, formerly known as Chevron Automotive, has run automotive repair facilities through its service stations since it began in 1975. Service station repairs consisted primarily of brakes, tires, batteries, tune-ups and minor engine repairs.
Today, All Ways Towing & Transport operates its automotive services as All Ways Automotive in Fremont, California. All Ways Automotive, in business for over 20 years under the same ownership, opened in 1990 and moved to its current location in September of 1995. Services range from basic oil changes to complete engine replacements. We use state-of-the-art diagnostics equipment and highly skilled ASE certified technicians to solve your problems quickly and efficiently. Providing top quality customer service over the past 20 years has allowed us to continuously grow and maintain a high quality, modernly-equipped repair shop.
Our systematic methods of vehicle inspection and service procedures offer our customers an advantage by preventing foreseeable problems and breakdowns, often at a savings in cost by "catching" these problems early. Our service advisor staff is courteous and helpful. We make it our policy to explain all repairs in a customer-friendly manner
All Ways Automotive Service is a California State Automobile Association (CSAA) Approved Repair Facility. This means that our shop has consistently maintained a high standard of customer satisfaction in five separate areas and is monitored for quality control by CSAA. We are also required by AAA to keep our equipment up to date. This helps to ensure that we are able to maintain today's modern automobiles and is required to retain this prestigious approval rating which we have maintained for over 20 years.
All Ways Automotive Service is a national and local member of both the Automotive Service Association (ASA) and Automotive Service Council (ASC). We are also members of the NAPA AutoCare network, which consists of over 12,000 repair facilities nationwide. All of these associations allow us a referral system of other high quality shops for warranty repair work if needed when you are traveling out of town. The AAA warranty and the NAPA "Peace of Mind Warranty," protect you for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. To show you our commitment to excellence we also personally double that warranty to give you an industry leading 24 months or 24,000 miles of protection for you and your car.
The biggest key to our success is that we treat our customers like friends and family. We only recommend what is needed and we give you options whenever possible on how to repair your vehicle. Our philosophy is that to continue being successful, we need to keep happy customers coming back to us and also telling their friends, neighbors, co-workers and relatives about our exceptional service.
